The Riverhead Central Faculty Association is an organization of professionals who seek to:

3. Advance the standards of the teaching profession.

4. Secure the conditions necessary for the greatest efficiency of teachers and schools.

5. Promote a closer school and community relationship.

6. Promote the unity and strength of its members in good standing.
